What is facial HIFU?

HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a non-invasive technology that uses focused ultrasound waves to heat deep layers of the skin without damaging the surface. That localized heat stimulates new collagen production and tightens tissue, producing a visible lifting effect without surgery, needles, or downtime.

Unlike a surgical lift, HIFU doesn't cut or remove skin: it works with your own collagen so the result looks natural and progressive, not "pulled."

HIFU 22 Tri-Phase Facial Lift combines three technologies in a single session — HIFU, radiofrequency and EMS — for a more complete effect: it tightens skin, stimulates collagen, and also tones facial muscle. It's the option we recommend when you want more visible results from a single session.

How long is the session and how many do I need?

Both protocols take about 1 hour. Most patients see progressive improvement over the 8-12 weeks following the session as new collagen forms, and many schedule a maintenance session every 6-12 months.

Does it hurt? Is there downtime?

HIFU feels like small pulses of heat on the skin — most patients describe it as tolerable, not painful. There are no cuts or needles, so you can return to normal activities the same day. Mild redness that fades within a few hours is common.

Who's a good candidate for facial HIFU?

Facial HIFU works best on mild to moderate skin laxity — for example along the jawline, neck, or under the brows. It doesn't replace a surgical lift for very advanced laxity, but it's the ideal option if you want to prevent or delay reaching that point without surgery.
